At Dr. Mayes' the smile of your life is more affordable than you might think. Although fees vary according to the complexity and time involved with each individual case, a personalized payment plan can be arranged with no interest or holding charges. With creative financing from Dr. Mayes, there is no reason anyone cannot feel comfortable wearing braces. In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care possible, we have established a financial policy. Our fees may be paid as follows:

1. If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a 10% bookkeeping courtesy. (10% of your portion if you have orthodontic insurance.) Advance payment saves us time, expense in billing and carrying costs, enabling us to provide this valuable service.
2. A financial arrangement can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.
3. In addition, we participate in the Orthodontic Fee Plan, a third party financing.

In cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate our patients with temporary difficulties.
